Our facility is equipped with top-class devices, including FUJI SMT machines, AOI, X-RAY, BGA rework machines and 10 temperature zones reflow oven, etc. Our facility is set up to process both thru-hole and surface mount circuit board assemblies. Production rates vary from prototype, low volume products to high volume sustained production runs. We utilize factory automation equipment as well as manual assembly techniques to provide a wide variety of mechanical assemblies. Examples of typical assemblies include remote controls, timers, control panels, automotive and motorcycle accessories, medical hardware and industrial control boxes.
